Refund Policy

Service-Based Delivery

OxcoreAI provides digital services, 1-on-1 consultations, and custom automation setups. Because our services involve manual labor and custom configuration, we have a strict refund policy.

1. No Refunds After Delivery

Once a digital product, automation script, or setup guide has been delivered to you, we cannot offer a refund. These are non-returnable digital assets.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you have booked a consultation and wish to cancel, you must do so at least **24 hours before** the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

3. Custom Automation Setup

For custom automation projects, if you decide to cancel **before** the work has started, a full refund (minus payment processing fees) will be issued. Once the design or coding phase has begun, we offer a partial refund depending on the work completed.

4. Failed Payments / Issues

If you have been charged twice or experience a payment failure on Razorpay, pleaseContact us immediately with the transaction ID. We will resolve such technical issues within 3-5 business days.
